Summers County Humane Society Meet Carl. This poor guy and his litter mates had a rough start. Dad is unknown and mom was a dog chained to a post. Mom died shortly after giving birth. Another momma living in similar conditions was able to take care of the 5 pups in the litter. Carl is headstrong. He is very adventurous. and active. Carl is very confident. He loves to wrestle with his littermates but also loves to cuddle with his foster mom. Please help Carl find his forever home. Please sponsor me!
