He is good with other dogs, would probably not do well with children and needs a quiet home with someone able to spend a lot of time with him to gain his trust. He will be shy at first so if you are not willing to give him at least a month to start acclimating, he is not the dog for you. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He weighs about 40 pounds. We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. We have a four step process: 1. application 2. reference checks 3. phone interview 4. homevisit. All our animals are spay/neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and on prevention. Our animals are in a homebased shelter and some are in foster care, so most are adjusted to the home experience and are crate trained.
