Well, the owner said it was a female dog named Charlotte. "She" was extremely matted. Guess what I found when I shaved "her" down? Yep, hers a his. The last picture is the coat I shaved off. Charles loves to cuddle. He is crate trained, up to date on his shots and fully vetted. He gets along well with other pets and has been around kids. Too bad Grandma wasn't told. She did NOT want a male dog. So off to rescue he went.
