Meet Chucho! He is a 2yr old neutered male Staffordshire/American Pitbull mix that weighs 64lbs. He came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 9/26 as an owner surrender due to the landlord would not allow him to stay. Chucho is such a sweet and gentle boy that enjoys being petted and loved on. He will put his paws on your lap to be close for petting and will give you kisses. His personality could be explained as calm, easy going and well behaved. He also has a super power, he only has one eye! He was born this way and it doesn't cause him any pain. His eye will need to bemonitored for any irritation. He has such a great time running through the shelter yard especially when there are balls involved. He has such a great time! He would love to have a secured backyard to run and play in, but then live inside where he can still play, but be close to his human companions, cuddling on the couch or taking long snoozes on his own dog bed. Chucho is one pup to not pass by.
