Laverne was rescued with her friend Shirley when sadly her owner died and she was left to fend for herself on the streets. Ideally we would love a home that would take them together as they are very bonded to each other. Laverne is just a sweetheart who loves nothing more than being pet and loved on. She is around 7 years old and we believe she is a Collie and Spaniel mix with fur as soft as a cloud. She is gentle, mellow, and always has a wagging tail. She takes treats well, walks nicely on leash and is good with other dogs. She is respectful around cats, loves to snooze on dog beds with Shirley and is housetrained in her current foster home.
