He is simply the Funniest little boy who loves everyone he meets. Take note of his funny expression and a very mischievous look! He loves little back scratches, a soft belly rub or holding him in your arms. The best part about Cosmo is his adorable personality. He is smart, playful, friendly, expressive, affectionate, curious, mischievous, and very sociable. Cosmo listens very well, is working on potty training, and loves to be with people. He does very well with other dogs that are not aggressive and of similar size.
