Despite being found with a broken chain starving in a gas station parking, lot Fisher is the biggest love bug with great manners. He is being fostered with another dog but would rather just hang out with his humans than play with his canine foster brother. Fisher does great in his crate overnight and when his foster parents are at work. He was temporarily fostered with kids, which he did great with, and a cat, which he didnt show interest in. He is working on his leash training and basics commands and is housebroken.
