Flip is one of our AKC standard poodle puppies who was born 6/30/2023 and is tentatively looking for a new couch! He is not what we would consider a beginner poodle or puppy, but he is super sweet and if you KNOW poodles and have had them before, hes a gem We are really loving his puppy coat so far, and he was a dream for his grooming session! He did great with all aspects of it and I mean look at his groom job! We dont consider him a beginner because he has a tendency for dramatics He needs someone willing to work through some things with him and not coddle him, but also give him the patience he needs to work through his mental obstacles himself. Hes been this way since the day he opened his eyes lol This is simply part of who he is! He is getting so much better as he gets older, but we dont think he would ever be suitable for someone who is not dog savvy. He would either become too fearful or get away with murder Anyway, we are regardless quite fond of him. Hes super silly, loves to cuddle, and is crate, leash and potty trained. Hes really such a character. Poodle puppies are semi-considered velociraptors until 2. So if he sticks around long enough, we may start testing him for our program, as there is plenty of him we really quite like. As such, we are not in a rush to place him.
