Hi there! My name is Freya, and I'm a three year-old female terrier mix! I was brought to the shelter to be quarantined after a after situation where I was trying to protect my person, and then my person never came back to claim me. I'm actually a very friendly and sweet, loyal dog! I love meeting new people and enjoy it when the shelter staff interact with me. But even though I've made friends at the shelter, it's time for me to find a permanent home with someone who will love me and make me a part of their family. A fenced-in yard would be great to keep me safe, along with lots of toys and a comfy bed. I've already been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, so I'm ready to go! And if you have a dog, bring them with you when you come meet me, to make sure that we'll be best friends. I deserve a loving FOREVER home, so please come meet me today!Adoption processThe fee for adoption is $50, cash only. We have many great pets available for adoption at our shelter and during our offsite adoption events. There is no resident location requirement to adopt a pet from us. We have a friendly staff that will assist you in locating a compatible pet for your home and family.
