Pet Information #A5594040 Turquoise is a perfect and playful 1-year-7-month-old brown/gold spayed female German Shepherd who was found as a stray and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on November 13. Weighing 51.5 lbs, Turquoise is slightly underweight but can quickly get to her goal with some love and attention! She is a total doll, and handlers think she is wonderfully affectionate and loving. Consistent with her breed, Turquoise is extremely intelligent. She knows many commands, including sit and shake. Engaging in playful activities brings her immense joy, especially when it involves her favorite game—fetch, where she enthusiastically runs after and returns the ball every time. Her striking fur, mostly gold with a dark muzzle, adds to her allure and unique charm. Turquoise is an excellent walker. Her amiable disposition shines through during interactions with other calmer dogs. Her friendly disposition tells us she would make a great family dog or an enthusiastic companion. Turquoise strikes the balance between playful energy mixed with a gentle demeanor, which is evident in her soft approach when taking treats.
