Born March 21, 2022, Gianna is a female Lab/German Shepherd mix. She will do best in an active home with at least one other canine companion or a very active pet parent who will include her in walks, hiking and more! She is crate trained and mostly housebroken. She is working on leash manners and getting used to riding in the car. Gianna’s forever home must be one with a fully fenced yard with adults or adults and children over 5. Applications: www.mikeyschance.comAdoption processWe require an adoption application to be filled out which includes personal references. An in-Home check by a Mikey's Chance volunteer is also performed prior to adoption. Our dogs come to the adopter "ready-to-go" with current Vet health checks, all shots and vaccinations current and the animal spayed or neutered, as well as micro-chipped. Our adoption process can take 2-4 weeks to process as we are run completely by volunteers, all of whom work full time jobs.Shelter locationWe depend on a network of volunteers and fosters for the care of our dogs. The dogs are fostered primarily in Tri-Cities, WA. We often have Meet 7 Greet events at Petsmart and Paws Natural Pet Emporium LLC both in Kennewick.
