Graham, aka Biscuit, has just turned 1 year old and weighs 50 pounds. He is an immensely happy, playful boy, eager for an active family (as he is a high energy puppy) to take him on the adventure of life. He is a smart pup--housetrained and knows the commands "sit," "lay down," and "come," and does best at these when prompted with treats. He LOVES roast beef. Biscuit is a complete lovebug with people, but is not a fan of small animals (cats, birds, squirrels, reptiles, etc). When on walks, he'd do well with a competent handler that'll keep an eye out if a small animal were to catch Biscuit's eye. He has been wearing a gentle lead (as seen in picture 4) on his walks and it has helped greatly. He would love an active home that'll match his energy and playful lifestyle. Once he's tired out, he'd adore some sweet cuddles with his family! If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications. We do not do out-of-state adoptions. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.Adoption processWe do not have a facility. Our dogs are in foster homes with volunteers. We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies. We would only consider out-of-state adoptions for adult dogs that prove hard-to-place locally. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. All prospective adopters must COMPLETE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION. Upon receipt AND approval (usually within 72 hours), a mutually agreeable appointment date, time and place will be scheduled. Prospective adopters must be receptive to a home check, sign an adoption contract and provide an adoption fee. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. and they range from $295 - $495. All of our dogs are vetted prior to becoming adoptable - although not everything is always revealed in the initial health check.
