Great Dane Dog for Adoption in Traverse City, Michigan, 49686 USNickname: Laverne Posted Breed: Great Dane (short coat). All of our animals have been spayed or neutered, brought up to date on age appropriate shots, wormed and flea treated. Our adoption fee is $200 for 7 months and older. 8 weeks to 6 months are $225. ALL ADULT DOGS COME WITH A ONE (1) WEEK TRIAL. Laverne is hoping beyond hope that someone is willing to adopt her and make her the center of their world. She is a 5 yr old Great Dane who loves car rides, squeaky toys, butt scratches but most of all her Blankey. She seems to be fine with cats, but wants to be the the one and only when it comes to dogs. Laverne loves humans of all shapes, sizes and ages. She does need to work on her excitement, as she does tend to want to jump on new friends, leash work is also an area that needs improvement. She is housebroken and crate trained. Laverne has had eye surgeries and will need eyedrops and lubrication cream daily. She has successfully overcome Heartworm disease and will need to stay on preventative monthly. Laverne’s adoption fee has been sponsered, and she is scheduled to be spayed at the end of January.
