The consequence of his owners' divorce has left him seeking a new loving and understanding home. He generally gets along well with dogs, whether they're big or small. He seems to be drawn to confident, alpha male Danes. He has previously lived with small dogs, though one persistent Chihuahua did make him a bit anxious. Despite his nervousness, Koda has never displayed aggression, just signs of stress. Cats, however, don't make it onto Koda's list of preferred companions. He's not particularly fond of them.When it comes to kids, Koda's comfort level varies. He can be nervous around children, so we wouldn't recommend households with kids under the age of 12. Safety and comfort for all parties involved are of utmost importance.Koda comes with an impressive list of qualities and skills. He's housebroken, leash trained, crate trained, good in the car, and knowledgeable in basic obedience. This intelligent boy is ready to show off his training and follow your lead.Koda is generally respectful of household items and rarely indulges in destructive chewing. However, like any dog, if he's left with nothing to keep him busy, he might test those boundaries.
