Hi future best friend, my name is Hubert or Huey for short. I’m a nine week old pitty mix so I’m still really new to this “dog” thing. I’m learning how to potty outside but I sleep the whole night in my crate with little to no incidents. We’ve been practicing walking on a leash and while I get a little confused sometimes, I’m just happy to be with my humans! I love finding a crunchy leaf to chomp on during my walk. So far I’ve been around big kids and little kids and do just fine! My human children friends say I’m always down to play. My favorite toys are anything crunchy and crinkly! I do get a little shy around bigger dogs but that’s just until we find a toy to play with. I’m really curious about kitties but always respect their space when they tell me to back up a little. My foster mom says I’m the sweetest little guy she’s ever met! I love jumping in her face to give kisses while she cleans up my poop. She calls me a “velcro dog”— whatever that means. My favorite way to sleep is on my back with my belly in the air. Speaking of my belly, I LOVE belly rubs. Anyone who can get my itchy spot is A-OK in my book! Won’t you come meet me and be my new bestie? All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
