Huskies Mix Dog for Adoption in Rockwall, Texas, 75087 USNickname: Baxter Posted Breed: Husky / Mixed. Hi, I'm Baxter! I am a 3-year-old male Husky mix that weighs approx. 40lbs. I was originally picked up off of Kestrel Court in Heath, TX on 12/28/23 and sadly, I was never reclaimed. I am a very affection guy that loves spending time with my people. I enjoy a good comfy blanket, toys to keep me busy, and treats when I learn something new. I am leash trained and would make a great walking companion. I have had a few canine friends here at RAC but a meet and greet is always recommend if you have another dog in the home. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccine and my basic yearly boosters. I did test heartworm positive, but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, I will be able to receive treatment with little to no cost to my adopter. Please feel free to ask RAC staff for more information. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
