JD is one of those Jacks that gets overlooked because he was a little puppy that had a little confidence but had a big heart. He does well with a more quiet and balanced larger dog in the home and goes out with them and keeps his business to himself but really wants a playmate, He really needs a buddy and really wants a human companion. He has a lot of energy and anxiety that he will lose his person, but he also is relaxed in the house and in his crate. The less commotion the better. He is a real special young adult but does have trust issues and needs to go slow or have a friend that doesn't give him special attention and just acts like he has always been their buddy. I am sorry that on the average I don't think that he will be an easy fit with children. Although some have been able to achieve small moments of petting, comfort and treats, we can tell that more than one will overwhelm him.He will have great athleticism and does it his own way. He is neutered and microchipped. Come visit this guy and see if he will be your next companion.
