Personality: Indy is the sweetest! She is a bit shy and does best with slow intros for new people. She's super gentle when petting. She'll often just nuzzle her head on you. Like a typical Great Dane shes also a leaner. Pretty independent, she doesn't beg to be pet. She is a bit timid, I'm looking for someone willing to give her time to adjust to her new environment. Dog Friendly: She is amazing with other dogs! We go to the dog park daily, sometimes twice. Everyone always says how gentle she is playing with others. I also have a toy poodle she gets along great with. She also goes to daycare 1x/wk.Cat Friendly: She's grown up with a cat and they're buddies! She's been around other cats as well. If they hiss or swipe at her she will get a little amped up and bark but overall does great with them. Doesn't try to chase.Crate Trained: She loves her crate it's her safe place. Goes in there to sleep sometimes. Knows the command crate. I crate her while I'm at work. Usually 6-10 hrs. When I have long shifts I come home and let her out for a potty break but she could go 8 hrs if needed. House Trained: Hasn't had an accident in months. She'll let you know when she needs to go out.Training: Indy went through MN Canine Consults puppy bootcamp which included 7 weeks of board and train. She did 3 weeks when she was 4 mths old and 4 weeks when she was 7. She is trained on an E-Collar. Knows sit, down, shake, come, drop it, and leave it. She was also trained to heel on a leash, I honestly haven't used that very much recently but she walks great and will catch on quickly. -Microchipped-Up to date on vaccinesBreeder: @Danetastic on Instagram. Her mom is Kricket & Dad was Zeppelin. I have been in contact with the breeder and she is of course willing to take Indy back. She suggested I try to find Indy a home myself first.
