Hi, my name is Jack McJill and I am ten months old. I was found abandoned in a crate on the side of a road with my siblings when I was about 6 month old. So, I would say that my first 6 months were not really full of love and attention from my humans. Fortunately, a nice lady found us, saved us, brought us back to health and gave us lots of love. Recently, the angels at Angels Among Us Pet Rescue are going to find me a forever home. I live with a foster family where I'm blossoming more each day. They think I am of their best puppies they have fostered, and everyone I meet is showing me so much love, now, my faith in humanity is restored! Despite having a hard life at the beginning, I have no resource guarding issue. When I meet someone new, I can be a bit shy at first but that is because I am trying to figure out if you are one of the good humans. I love kids, women, men, all dogs and cats too. I do not have a mean bone in me! And my foster family is teaching how to be better on my leash. I am also working on being housebroken and spending time in the crate in case my future parent(s) need to leave me alone at the house (shopping for my treats of course!). I am about 30 pounds and the vet says I am pretty much done growing but I might get a bit taller and gain 10 pounds, so I am a medium dog. My energy level is low/medium meaning I am perfectly fine chilling all day with you but I also enjoy playing with my pack ( humans and/or dogs) I would love for my future family not to leave me home alone all day as I love being surrounded by my people and friends.
