Up for adoption in Texas and New England: Jet. Jet is approximately three years old and weighs 98 pounds. He's a little on the hefty side and recently changed to diet dog food--summer is just around the corner! :) Jet's foster mom says he has a heart of gold. In his foster home, he's been welcoming to people who come over, and he gets along with the other dogs (large and small), and cats. Jet loves to greet you when you come home with his goofy grin and lots of love. He has a little white splash on his chest which is noticeable when he looks up at you with his big eyes. Jet loves to be pet and sleep next to your bed on a bed of his own. He will tell you when he wants to go outside. He's so good that he will even wake you up if it's urgent. He hasn’t mastered fetch yet, but he’s teachable and trying to learn by copying his foster brother. He will bark to alert you people are arriving at the house or at strange noises in the yard but otherwise does not make a lot of noise. Jet loves to go on walks with you and help you with yard work. He walks on a leash well and eagerly jumps in the SUV for rides. He looks out the window on the rides, but you will have Jet nose marks on your windows. Jet also works with his foster Mom when she is working from home and is a gentleman while hanging out in the office, napping, or looking out the window. If you are looking for a large, loveable Labrador Jet may be your new family member. He definitely deserves the best! Jet is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and crate-trained.
