This brindle beauty came to Soul Dog with her siblings and is ready to find her forever home.After spending most of her life in the shelter, Kemmerer went into foster in early October. She is working through her fears at warp speed and is even getting used to that nasty elevator. Her friends are impressed with her progress, but she wants them to know she’ll always make time for treats and belly rubs. Now if only she could figure out her own reflection!Kemmerer is submissive and gets along with other dogs and cats. She is crate- and house-trained and does well on a leash. She is quiet, takes good care of her toys, and will cuddle for cheese.Kemmerer hopes you’ll give her a chance. She’ll make the best companion and is excited to meet you!This dog is currently in a foster home. Please go to www.souldog.org to fill out an adoption application so we can set up a meet and greet. When submitting your adoption application make sure to submit a good clear picture of your living room, kitchen, and yard. If you rent, you must provide proof animals are allowed. We will contact references.Adoption processAdoptions can be completed at our Fort Lupton Shelter or at one of our many adoption events that are held every Saturday around the Denver metro area. See our event tab on our website for more details.Shelter locationThere are several ways you can meet our animals: 1) Come to our shelter in Fort Lupton. We are open Monday - Sunday 10am -5pm, no appointment necessary. 2) Weekend adoption events every Saturday. See our event tab on our website to see what dogs will be attending and where. 3) If the animal is in foster care, once your application is approved you will receive an email with next steps to setting up a meet & greeet.
