Puppy is raised inside the home. We strive to thoroughly socialize each puppy with the everyday sounds of the home. Puppies are handled daily and at 4 weeks begin being rotated throughout the house and begin turf training. They are not litter-fed after 4 weeks old...they are fed with individual bowls so I can monitor each puppy's intake and there is no competition for food. I have found that this reduces the chance of food aggression.Puppies will be vet-checked a minimum of twice before leaving here and dewormed at 2,4,6, and 8 weeks old. The first set of shots will be administered by the vet. The puppy will come with limited AKC paperwork, a health record, and a goodie puppy pack with lots of information...including a sample of food, a toy, and a blanket with the mother's scent. I do prefer to help select a puppy for each family based on what you are looking for in a puppy. I prefer that the puppy be chosen not so much based on looks/coloring, but on the personality traits which you are wanting and what works best for your family. Deposits are $300 (nonrefundable) to be applied to the purchase price(not to include shipping, shipping is typically around $335-$535 for ground or $550 air transportation (if needed).
