Hi! I’m Lola Sky and I am such a lover girl, there is nothing I love more than being with my people. My foster parents love my thick fur and say it looks and feels like velvet. Interestingly enough, my fur never gets smelly or oily, the only sign I ever need a bath is when my paws start smelling like Fritos! I hear this is unusual, but my human friends seem to think this is neat! I’m super loving, and I think of myself as a big lap dog. I do bark when appropriate and I’ll for sure let you know when the UPS man is at the door, actually, you’ll know as soon as the truck stops in front of the house. I do like to make sure I keep my humans safe! I am friendly to all people that visit the house, I want all the pets, love and attention I can get, but I’d probably not appreciate young children as much I do older ones. I do walk pretty good on a leash, but when there are other people walking their dogs, I get overly excited so my fosters avoid those situations. I also do well in the car so taking me for rides or to the vet are easy, I’ll jump right in for you. I do prefer to be an only dog since I insist on letting other ones know right away that I’m the boss and they don’t always like that. My current fosters don’t have a fence, but they do have a large backyard to walk me in. That will do, but I’d much prefer a fence because I love to sniff and follow scents. I’d love to find my forever home and be your loyal, loving companion and protector!
