Meet LollipopSay hello to Lollipop! Lollipop is a beautiful Beagle mix who is approximately 2 to 3 years old and weighs 25 pounds. She was found by a private rescuer as a stray on the streets of Mission, Texas near the border of Mexico. She was pregnant and delivered her 10 puppies alone on the streets. Sadly, all but two of her little puppies passed away but we are happy to have Lollipop and her babies in our care. She has been a wonderful mom to her little ones, but now that the puppies are weaned, it’s time for Lollipop to find a loving home! Lollipop os a very happy and sweet dog. Despite her rough start, she is very gentle and kind and loves to receive affection from everyone she meets. She gets along with the other dogs in her group here at the rescue and would really do best with a dog who is not overly energetic or dominant. She is also crate trained for her meals and for sleeping. However, if you asked Lollipop, she would be perfectly content to cuddle up with her people at night, too. She is just a beautiful girl with a wonderful disposition who will be a very loving and loyal companion in her forever home! Lollipop is located at our rescue near San Antonio, Texas and is available for transport to Clearwater, Florida on December 23, 2023. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $400. The fee includes the transport cost. ***Please note: If approved to adopt, you MUST be available to pick up Lollipop at our adoption event in Clearwater the morning of 12/23. *Lollipop did test positive for heartworm, is being treated and doing great!
