I grew up with collies, border collies and huskies as pets and had never met a Samoyed growing up. I discovered the beautiful breed of Samoyed in 2008. To be frank, I was watching the movie The Proposal starring Sandra Bullock and it was love at first site. Seeing that little teddy bear puppy scooped up by the eagle - I had to have this breed of dog!! Initially thinking it could be a Pomeranian, I soon did my research and found a lot of information on the impressive Samoyed breed. I was honestly thrilled. I have always been raised around mediumSized dog and their loyalty and love from a Samoyed is unmatched by any other dogs Ive owned or encountered.
