Max is 1 year old, neutered , microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He is doing well with potty training, but still rocking the belly band life. Max has a history of problematic utis. The recent uti caused issues with his kidneys which was found on bloodwork. This is not a rare occurrence. Bloodwork results look great now! He will need a repeat on bloodwork in a few months to make sure that everything is doing well. The uti was successfully treated but a new uti could always return just like in any dog. Max plays well with dogs but can be pushy. He has an issue with guarding his water bowl at times from other dogs, which could have been caused by his issues with utis. Due to this behavior he will need to be an only dog. He has done well with cats in his foster home but will chase them trying to play if they run. He has not been tested with small children. He has however been around older children and does very well. He is longer than the average corgi and has issues going down multiple stairs. He would do best in a home with few to no stairs. Max loves to play and cuddle and would be a wonderful addition to the right home.
