Say hello to Milo!Milo is a 4 year-old Terrier mix who weighs 45 lbs! Milo can be a shy boy when meeting new people and will need a little bit of patience for him to feel comfortable. Once comfy, he is a firecracker - he loves to run and play with toys. He also enjoys going for his morning walks and can't wait to run around in the yard. Milo likes most dogs and wouldn't mind living with one in his forever home. As for kids we are asking that he is placed with ages 13 years or older. If Milo sounds like he might be a good fit please give us a call at: 330-487-XXXX ext.226 to schedule a time to come in and visit.Adoption processAll of our adoptable animals are up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, de-wormed, de-flea and microchipped before adoptions are finalized. All dogs over six months of age receive a temperament assessment by our Certified Professional Dog Trainer to ensure appropriate placement. Also, many animals in our care receive basic obedience training to improve manners and increase adoptability. We are currently doing adoptions by appointment only. Adoption Fees:Dogs6 months or under: $1756 months to 5 years: $1256 years or older (or special needs): $50 Cats6 months or under: $75 (or two kittens for $100)6 months to 5 years: $506 years or older (or special needs): $20 Senior to Senior Program: For adopters age 60 or older, adoption fees are reduced to $15 if the animal is 3 years or older. This service is made possible through the Pets for the Elderly Foundation. You will be asked to provide proof of age.
