Meet Monica! Monica is the ultimate velcro dog. She will be someone’s soul dog, we just know it. This girl loves to give hugs and cuddle. She is extremely loving and snuggly. While she is energetic and spunky, she seems to prefer the company of calmer dogs. Maybe she just likes to be the *star* Monica has been at the shelter for 170 days and we are not sure how much longer she will have. The adoption fee is $200.00 for dogs and $100 for cats and covers vaccinations and spay/neuter. Should you want to donate more, we will graciously accept it! A securely fenced yard is required, unless otherwise approved. You must fill out our online adoption application for cats or for dogs. A background check will be conducted, this may include checking out your residence, inquiring with your veterinarian, etc. All animals will be spayed or neutered before adoption. You must uphold state laws. You must sign and abide by our adoption contract. You agree to provide lots of tender loving care. Our adoption application can be found on our website at AAVARescue.com
