Foster update Sept 2023…Prior to us fostering him, Niles had been in the shelter for over 6 months in Darlington,SC. We love him and we were hoping we could keep him but our more elderly dog does not enjoy his more puppy like style of play and is not adjusting well to having another male dog in the house. Niles is a huge cuddler and he loves to just melt into you! He did have a few accidents the first day we brought him home, but very quickly picked up on potty training and has not had an accident since. He is very eager to please and is treat motivated, so he picks up on training very quickly. Niles LOVES to play with other dogs and would do well in both a single or multi pet household. He can be silly and goofy and quite charming too, often seen bowing to encourage others to play. Would anyone like to meet this handsome guy? Niles is 2 years young, around 49 and, thank goodness, he's even heartworm negative! He loves to play with other dogs and would enjoy a furfriend to run and tumble with. He can be silly and goofy and quite charming too, often seen bowing to encourage others to play. He will talk while playing to say, ""come on and chase me already!""
