Norman (Blue) was born around August 1, 2021 and weighs about 30 pounds. Joyful received an email asking for help in the Rochester area with a home that had 40+ dogs. The humans started taking in dogs that no one wanted and after a few years, they became overwhelmed and asked for help. Joyful agreed to step up and here are the Penfield 20! While many of the dogs took a bit to adjust to all the new sights and smells poor Norman was absolutely terrified of all humans & would nip out of fear. In his foster home with much love & patience, he has started to trust. Norman likes affection & will sleep on your lap. He is house trained & good with the other dogs & cats. He will need a special human to help him to continue on his healing journey. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $____TBD____. Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list.
