Nugget is a 5lb tiny little baby on stilts. We believe is about 1-2 years old and a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix. Nugget came to us from a hoarding case so he is learning how to be a "normal" dog. He is pretty timid but does come around with patience and love. He will need a human who can help him grow into being a happy, confident dog over time. We will require he goes to a home with another small dog he can learn from because one of the main ways these dogs learn to trust humans is by watching other dogs trust humans. He looks like a tiny little Bambi. There are special cases such as older dogs, where the adoption fee will be reduced. We do require that all adopters sign a contract. All dogs must be fixed before adoption!
