Meet Oliver! Oliver is a handsome young man around 1 year old. We believe him to be a Terrier/Schnauzer mix. Oliver is a little smaller than a mini Schnauzer, maybe around 15 pounds. He is pretty much non-shedding. He loves basking in the sun and belly rubs!! He sleeps all night in his crate like a good boy and doesn’t ever cry. He loves his stuffed animals and is food motivated to learn. Oliver will need continued training as he is scared to meet new people at first but with a quick “no” he stops and will warm up and be asking for belly rubs in no time. Oliver would do best in a home with someone willing to put in some time for his continued training. Oliver has recovered from a broken leg and loves to jump and run now. Oliver will need work on leash skills for walking but is a fast learner. Oliver loves to sit outside and people watch. He is also a big fan of his Kong treats! Once Oliver warms up to you, he is a snuggle bug and loves lounging on the couch. This dapper gentlemen is ready for his forever home. Oliver is good with other dogs but we have no info on how he is with cats. He should go to an adult only home.Like all our dogs he is fully vaccinated, neutered, had bloodwork done and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $450. The Adoption fee for senior dogs (7+ years) is $200-$250. These fees cover the vaccines, microchipping, neuter/spay surgery, county license, and vet check for the dog. Before an adoption can take place we do require that all potential adopters fill out an application. Once the application has been approved a home visit may be conducted.
