Ori-Pei Dog for Adoption in Omaha, Nebraska, 68164 USNickname: Lola Posted Breed: Pug / Shar Pei / Mixed (medium coat). Hi, I’m Lola! I’m a 3 year old, squishy 20ish pound Pug/Shar Pei mix! Can you say adorable?!?! Up until 3 weeks ago, I lived in a commercial breeding facility (puppy mill) making puppies and it was not great. Now I am enjoying life and have so much more to live for! I love soft blankets, warm laps of nice people, and wandering around my foster parent’s house. I have so much to learn still. I sleep in my crate and never have accidents in it so that’s a good thing! BUT, I am not fully potty trained in the house yet. I was living in a small cage my whole life, so I obviously went the bathroom where I slept. With patience and consistency, I will learn. I’ve never walked around on grass before, so it feels a bit weird. I wear a doggie diaper right now inside. If I have a laid back, easy going dog friend in my forever family, I bet I’d catch on quickly. I must have a fenced in yard since leash training is still a work in progress and I’m timid. I don’t mind other dogs at all, and in fact, I enjoy watching them. I don’t bark much, just sometimes a raspy roo roo in the morning is all. I’m spayed, fully vetted and vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and ready for adoption!n Adoption fee is $375. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
