Hi. This is Pac. He is a 4-ish year-old American Stafford weighing 97 lbs. He was a 2 timer in the Henderson Animal shelter. He was marked as resource guarding and had significant skin allergy issues. He is a medium/low energy dog. He has been with me for just over a week. He is very enthusiastic about his walks, and if allowed to, will drag you around, but if the walk is begun calmly, he walks quite well. He actually does better on a super long lead rather than a short leash. He can get very stimulated if a dog or person runs closely by him. So, giving anything moving fast more space will keep him calm. We have not had any food guarding issues with him. He is absolutely not food motivated! He would rather have scratches and pets as a form of positive reinforcement. We do not allow toys in our house but have some balls around for him and he will chase the ball but doesn't return with it
