Rudy tells his story something like this: I was running down a busy street as fast as I could in Texas and took a hard left into a nice neighborhood, colliding with my future foster mama. I was wearing a collar, and they searched hard for my family but no one claimed me. When they asked me what I was doing I told them I was running to Wisconsin. Foster ma said, “Rudy, I know you’re fast but those little legs sure would be tired trying to run all the way there.” Luckily, foster mom knew the right people and got him a lift up North.
