Hello! Penelope here!I'm a super adorable little spaniel girl that was recently transferred from Justice Animal Rescue aka JAR. My life began in a breeding facility where I lived in close proximity with LOTS of other dogs. Because of this, I didn't get a ton of one-on-one time with the humans. But I make new friends, furry and not furry, with absolute ease. How could anyone NOT love me!?If you hadn't noticed yet, but I do have a funny little head-tilt. Don't worry, it does NOT slow me down at all. I was pretty sick when I was just a pup and because of that, I am who I am today. My quirk doesn't keep me from living a normal, happy life. I play just as hard as the other pups and act no different than a ""regular"" dog.I'm not the best on leash but I really love running full-speed in a fenced yard. The humans here say that I'm young enough I could likely learn to walk on a leash. Another cool thing about me- I'm basically already potty-trained!
