Her favorite past time is to be with and cuddle with her humans with her head resting in your lap. Penelope takes treats very gently and is a polite little dog and has just started to play a little bit with toys.She needs a quiet home with a gentle, loving, and patient human as she is very timid and can be easily frightened by fast movements or loud noises. Young children would be too much for this little one. Penelope is quite shy but makes up for it by the amount of love she has to give.Penelope was found as a stray so not much is known about her past but she loves people and gets along well with other dogs. She has not been tested with cats. Penelope walks very well on leash but can be startled by loud noises.
