Poindexter is a big ole happy three year old guy. Very poised and regal. Everyone calls him a country gentleman. He has been in boarding way too long and needs you to give him a forever home where he can run, romp, play, and give you lots of love. Adoptions of large dogs over 20 lbs. must have a fully fenced-in yard, so they can have ample play off-leash, safely.For adopters, all pets within the home must be current on heartworm prevention, vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on flea prevention, as our humane society has put forth all vetting to ensure our adoptable is safe and healthy for your family. In one heartworm-positive pet's kennel, 7 of 10 mosquitoes will be heartworm positive, thus it is important to ensure pets' safety.Adoption processCat adoption fees are $65, includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations and flea control. Dog adoption fees are $130, includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations, heartworm test/preventative, flea/tick control and microchip.Shelter locationVolunteers available Mon-Fri 9am-1pm.You can see us at Petsmart-Tulsa Hills with our dogs and cats for adoption twice a month. The 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
