Meet Rosa Barks, a dog that’s overcome many challenges, just like her trailblazing inspiration namesake. When we heard about Rosa sitting at the shelter, we knew we had to step in and help. Rosa is looking for a soft place to land and spend her golden years. Rosa had clearly been failed within her life (up until now), and is SO deserving of a loving forever home to call her own. Despite her age, this senior gal is spry and playful. She loves snuggling and playing with toys. Rosa is housetrained and generally a low maintenance dog. Her foster absolutely adores having her and cannot say enough good things about this loveable girl! As with any lady of a certain age, skincare is of utmost importance to Ms. Parks. When she came into our care, she had significant skin issues.
