Rupert is a darling of a boy. He has the relaxed and mellow qualities of an ideal newfypoo. He is smart and eager to participate in family activities. He loves to cuddle and is learning to enjoy grooming. He scored high on his working-dog ability test done by a professional dog trainer here in Alaska. He has a gorgeous coat; loose, smooth, wavy curls that continue to grow and need daily combing and brushing. He will potentially shed seasonally, but I have not noted much undercoat. He will be about 75 lbs at maturity, tall and thin. His coloring is currently black and white. His black hair will become a variety of dark grey with red undertones. Rupert is a gem of a puppy and any family will be very blessed to have him. He has shown empathy from a young age, which is unique. People who are interested in training him to be a therapy-dog can discuss this at length with me. He is all the right material for the perfect dog. I provide puppy coaching to help you get the Perfect Pup you are hoping for as you continue to work with him after he goes home.
