Safari Man, aka Hubert, is a new addition to PAWS, along with two other pup that got abandoned on our property. We are still learning all there is to Mr. Safari Man Hubert LaGrange but he is taking this new transition to life pretty well considering all the scary experiences he just went through. He is very curious of his surroundings and enjoys a good sniff session out on walks or in our play yard. He has been very calm and quiet in his kennel but lights up when he realizes it's his turn for some outdoor time. He would be the best of both worlds, safari man adventuring in the day and couch potato cuddler in the night. We have local partners listed in your adoption contract that you can schedule an appointment with (and are paid by us) or we will reimburse for up to $100 for non-network veterinarians.Shelter locationOur public hours are Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 4pm. Dog meets may be also scheduled on Sunday and Monday by appointment only.No appointment is needed to meet our cats during public hours.Please note that appointments are highly recommended for dog meets due to limited staff availability, but we do accommodate walk-in visits whenever possible. Additionally, many of our dogs may be located off-site in foster homes and an appointment will be required to meet those pets. We do require a completed application prior to meeting pets in foster homes to preserve the valuable time of our foster families.
