Saylor is a six month old, 50 pound lab mix that was hanging out at a home in Alabama for the last couple of weeks. The couple loved him and was feeding him and he slept on their porch each night. Turns out, while he was there, he met a friend, a stray kitten, and the two became fast friends and even slept together. The couple knew the landlord wouldn’t let them keep him and they didn’t want him to go to the shelter, so they called us and we took him in…along with the homeless kitten, that we named Brownie. Our hopes are that we can find a home that would like a dog AND a cat, but if not, we’re sure we can find them each a home, as sweet and loving as they both are.
