When he came to us, he was shut down, scared and in a bit of pain from his inflamed skin condition. Today, Scrappy has blossomed into a healthy, handsome pup with a beautiful new coat. His transformation includes newfound confidence, an outgoing nature, and a love for play and affection. He loves playing with all the other dogs and getting hugs from us humans. Scrappy, the cuddle bug, is ready to bring joy to a loving family.
