SHELDON is a 5-year-old neutered male yellow lab. Sheldon weighs 87 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.DESCRIPTION: PENNY #2 and SHELDON are a bonded pair of buddies who bear such close resemblance to one another that you would think they were siblings. Both beauties have wintry white coats and floppy nut-brown ears with matching brown tips on their tails. Penny #2 is pretty and sweet and likes lounging on her dog bed or sharing a stick with Sheldon in the yard. Sheldon is energetic and affectionate and loves to chase balls and snuggle his humans. Penny #2 and Sheldon have been living outside for most of their lives so they may need some guidance as they learn to love living in a nice warm home. Sheldon a 5-year-old yellow neutered male and Penny #2 is a 7-year-old yellow spayed female. They are an owner surrender because the owner will be spending lots of time out of town due to a family emergency and will not be home enough to provide the dogs with the care they need.These dogs are available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. Lab Rescue LRCP rescues and places dogs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina. Adopters must travel to Maryland, or Virginia with their family - human and canine - to meet the dog they want to adopt.Lab Rescue LRCP has between 40 - 80 dogs available for adoption from foster homes across Maryland and Virginia, and at monthly adoption events.
