Sher came to the shelter from a pound that was under water during hurricane Sally. She is very shy at first, but playful and sweet once she warms up. She loves to cuddle and is very responsive to commands.She will be very loyal to her people. She tends to bark at new people and other dogs but she does listen when the behavior is corrected. She would do best with someone that is experienced with fearful dogs and able to give her confidence. She will do best in a quiet home with no young children.Adoption processWe require an application be submitted and reviewed by our Adoption Committee. Adoption fees that cover vaccination, spay and neuter services apply.
