I ended up holding back two females out of this litter and decided I really didn't need a third puppy so Skittles is looking for his perfect home. He's a beast of a puppy and he'll more than likely mature at the very top of the standard with a good chance of going over. When I multiplied his height at 10 weeks he came out to 18.5" with a chance of an inch or so on either side of that line.He's still the most independent of the bunch and is perfectly content just doing his own thing. He's reserved without being skittish, so if you're looking for that Lab friendly personality he wouldn't tick that box. He self-entertains beautifully and isn't one of my more rambunctious pups. If something unexpected or frightening happens he usually tucks himself next to me and then sits and observes. He's not one that runs towards whatever startled him and he doesn't bolt for cover. He's a gorgeous deep red bi color. He's starting to shed out his puppy coat along his spine and around his eyes and this boy is dark! He's got one gorgeous amber eye and one blue/amber eye. He's very masculine with a nice amount of bone. The last three pictures are his parents (red tri and black bi) and his great grandsire (red bi) who I think he'll look a lot like at maturity. His parents have clear genetic panels, including NAD, and his sire is 14.75" and comes from toy lines and his dam is 15.5". He's dual registered with ASDR as a Toy Australian Shepherd and AKC as a Miniature American Shepherd and available for a pet/companion home with limited registration at the listed price, or possibly to a show/breed home with certain terms in place.
