Sweet little Sophia was abandoned and then given away, but she’s safe with us now. Sophia is about 12-years old and weighs 11-lbs. She saw our vet for a full senior workup including x-rays and we are taking care of her medical needs. Sophia is a gentle soul who loves walks and stroller rides. She doesn’t bark and loves to sleep. Sophia isn’t one to give kisses, but she can cuddle all day long. She is a little shy at first but once she warms up, she’s a little snuggle sausage. Sophia is spayed, up to date on shots, fully vetted, and microchipped. Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation. We make sure the potential adopter is aware of the medical, training and social needs of the animal; whether it is a growing puppy or an older animal. If the individual is approved, we will perform a home check to make sure that animal is going to a safe and good environment. The adopter agrees to return the animal to us at any point during their lifetime if they intend to give it up.
