Howdy ya'll! I'm The Sundance Kid, but you can call me Sunny! I'm a 10 week old little lady. I'm a mix of Lab and "Cowboy Corgi" (corgi/ cattle dog). I'm getting a handle on potty training and I love to play tug! I'm full of rootin' tootin' energy and I'm looking for friends to keep up with me! I am in foster care right now, learning the basics and living with other dogs and cats. Give a holler to set up a time to meet me! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.Adoption processWe have a brief adoption application. Our adoption fees vary based on type of animal. Once your application is approved, our animals are usually able to go home the same day! Our dogs are generally $150-350+tax (everyone is spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped etc!)Our cats/kittens are generally $25-$105 + tax (up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and microchipped).Shelter locationWe're open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 12-6, Saturdays 11-4, closed Sundays and Wednesdays. Appointments recommended. Our adoptable cats are all in shelter, however, some of our dogs are in foster homes.
