Say hello to your new bestie! Sweetie Valentine is a goofy girl who will keep your secrets safe. Her eyes are golden rays and her nose is perfect to boop! Perfect dog to cuddle and play with.At 43lbs she’s a perfect sized black lab mix. She’s still young at 1 year and 8 months and has the matching playful energy. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. She would do well in an apartment/condo but would love to have a yard to run around in. Valentine gets along well with other dogs and loves training. She would be a great companion to sit on the couch and read books with. She is fast to bond with an individual human but may need to take things a little slower as may be on the reserved side meeting new people in her future home. But it didn’t take long for her to open up to everyone at the rescue! Valentine does well in play groups with both large and smaller dogs. She is a playful pup and does great at communicating with dogs. She loves to play with her toys and doesn’t mind if other dogs are around. She was saved as a mamma dog and does great at showing puppies the proper way to play and communicate. She would do well in a home with other dogs. Training Valentine is a breeze! She’s treat and affection motivated. She’s good on a leash and loves to work. She’s not been in a home setting yet, but in our living room she did great! No potty accidents in her kennel and she will play her own games to distract herself. Valentine at the end of the day just wants someone to tell her she’s beautiful and give her love. She does wonderful with belly rubs and will lean her full body on you. Her nose is perfect to boop and gives the sweetest of hugs. I hope you also fall in love with her honey eyes.
