Meet Tanner! Tanner is a 5.5 year old, 76# German Shepherd. Tanner came in with his brother Buddy, after their owner could no longer care for them. They have grown up together and do love each other, but do not have to be placed together. They were kept kenneled mostly outside, but had access to indoors also. They are completely potty trained. Are not use to walking on leashes, so that does need some work, but he/they is/are willing to learn! He has only ever been with his brother and not around any other dogs. We expect he should be fine with others, if proper introductions are made. Tanner is overly interested in cats, so best there aren't any in his new home. Tanner likes kids, but he doesn't realize he is a big boy and can get a bit excited around them! He is a smart guy! He knows no, sit and lay down. Tanner does resource guard his food, so will have to be fed separately from other pets in the home. Tanner's adoption fee is $100. He is neutered, heartworm negative, current on vaccines and on monthly preventatives.
